1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and amjilli ("amjilli," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the amjilli online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through amjilli.vip.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a wager on the amjilli platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published on the amjilli platform from time to time.

amjilli reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the amjilli platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling in the Philippines, in accordance with applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. amjilli strictly enforces this requirement and may request proof of age at any time.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the amjilli platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform is lawful in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are subject to a self-exclusion order must not register or use the amjilli platform.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one amjilli account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of amjilli or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

To access the full range of amjilli services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will promptly update your account details if any information changes.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your amjilli account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. amjilli will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify amjilli immediately via the live chat support channel available inside your account dashboard.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

amjilli is required to conduct identity verification checks in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR compliance requirements. You agree to cooperate fully with any KYC request, including providing copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold only one active amjilli account. If amjilli determines that a player holds multiple accounts, all duplicate accounts will be closed, any bonuses credited to those accounts will be voided, and any winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited. amjilli reserves the right to withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

amjilli accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your amjilli wallet in real time upon successful processing by the relevant payment provider. amjilli does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Processing times vary by payment method; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically clear within 15 minutes during business hours.
• amjilli reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the amjilli platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). If your payment method operates in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and your payment provider's conversion fees may apply.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

amjilli is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. amjilli reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities and to freeze or close accounts where money laundering is suspected, without prior notice to the account holder.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

amjilli offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. amjilli reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific bonus terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• Bonuses may only be used on games specified in the relevant promotion. Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the previous bonus.
• amjilli reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honored under the original terms.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or the exploitation of system errors, will be voided and any associated winnings forfeited.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the amjilli platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

amjilli uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within the live game interface.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, amjilli will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. amjilli's decision regarding the outcome of any disputed game round shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in Section 13.

amjilli reserves the right to void any bet or game round where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the outcome was affected by a technical error, software fault, or any form of cheating or collusion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the amjilli platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or use of automated software (bots) to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the amjilli platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to amjilli support immediately.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the amjilli platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing amjilli staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

8. Responsible Gaming

amjilli is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling is no longer enjoyable or is causing financial, emotional, or social harm, amjilli encourages you to use the responsible gaming tools available within your account dashboard.

Available responsible gaming tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your amjilli account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the amjilli platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

amjilli collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the amjilli platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

amjilli implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and amjilli cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

amjilli will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties except as required to provide the services described in these Terms, to comply with applicable Philippine law, or as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the amjilli platform — including but not limited to the amjilli name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of amjilli or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the amjilli platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the amjilli platform without prior written consent.
• Use the amjilli name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without authorization.
• Create derivative works based on any amjilli content or software.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or automated data collection tools on the amjilli platform.

Any unauthorized use of amjilli's intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under Philippine law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, amjilli shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the amjilli platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or system errors.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the amjilli platform or any game or service offered therein.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published on the amjilli platform.

amjilli's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your amjilli account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude amjilli's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12. Termination & Account Closure

12.1 Closure by You

You may close your amjilli account at any time by contacting the live chat support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

12.2 Closure by amjilli

amjilli reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• amjilli has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct associated with your account.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• amjilli is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory directive, or court order.
• You have engaged in any conduct that amjilli reasonably considers harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Where an account is closed by amjilli due to a breach of these Terms, amjilli reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, to forfeit such balance entirely.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the amjilli platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the amjilli support team via live chat. amjilli will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within 10 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

For matters relating to PAGCOR-regulated gaming activities, players may also refer complaints to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.

14. Amendments to These Terms

amjilli reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, amjilli will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the amjilli platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.1.
